Section 3-110h - State troubadour

There shall be an official state troubadour or trobairitz. The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall designate, every three years, a troubadour or trobairitz to serve in the position. The commissioner may fill any vacancy by appointment for the unexpired portion of the term vacated.
