Section 21a-422 - Positive result solely for 11-nor-9-carboxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol not proof of impairment

A drug test of an individual that yields a positive result solely for 11-nor-9-carboxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol shall not be construed, without other evidence, as proof that such individual is under the influence of or impaired by cannabis.
