Section 20-102ff - Nurse's aides: Not permitted to perform licensed activity

Nothing in subsection (c) of section 19a-14 or sections 20-102aa to 20-102 ff, inclusive, shall authorize any person to engage in any activity for which a license is required pursuant to chapter 378.
