Section 17a-786 - (Formerly Sec. 17b-659). Treasurer to receive and disburse federal funds

The State Treasurer is designated as the custodian of all funds received from the federal government for the purpose of carrying out any federal statutes pertaining to vocational rehabilitation or any agreements authorized by sections 17a-780 to 17a-790, inclusive, 17a-796, 17a-797, 17a-799 and 17a-835 and shall make disbursements from such funds and from all state funds available for vocational rehabilitation purposes upon certification by the Commissioner of Aging and Disability Services.
