Section 15-212 - Legal effect of certificate of title

A certificate of title is prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information in the record that constitutes the certificate of title. In any criminal proceeding, a certified copy of a certificate of title shall be prima facie evidence as to the ownership of a vessel.
