Section 10-264j - No time or regional restrictions on development and implementation of interdistrict programs

Nothing in subsection (a) of section 10-74d or in sections 10-264e to 10-264 i, inclusive, shall be deemed to prohibit one or more local or regional boards of education from developing and implementing interdistrict programs at any time.
