Section 6A-11-102 - Definitions(a) Chapter 11 of title 6A definitions. In this chapter:(1) "Adjustment date" means July 1, 2025.(2) "Amendatory act" means the public law by which this chapter is added to this title.(3) "Chapter 12" means chapter 12 of this title.(4) "Chapter 12 property" means a controllable account, controllable electronic record, or controllable payment intangible.(b) Definitions in other chapters. The following definitions in other chapters of this title apply to this chapter: "Controllable account" § 6A-9-102.

"Electronic money" § 6A-9-102.
"Financing statement" § 6A-9-102.
