Section 5-40.2-6 - Active duty military personnel or their spouses

A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:

(1) Home of record;

(2) Permanent change of station (PCS); or

(3) State of current residence if it is different than the PCS state or home of record.
