Section 5-39.3-1 - [See Note] Short title

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Counseling Compact".

Section 3 of the 2024 enacting legislation provides that this chapter shall take effect upon passage by at least ten (10) states willing to join as members of the compact.
