Section 5-38.1-4 - Conditions to licensing of motor vehicle repair businessNo license shall be granted for a motor vehicle repair business under § 5-38.1-1 unless:
(1) It is located within a lawfully authorized zoning district within the city of Pawtucket;(2) It is to be operated and maintained entirely within a building;(3) The applicants and principals of applicant corporations have no prior criminal record; and(4) The licensed business is being operated, or will operate, in a lawful manner, and in conformity with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations.R.I.
