Section 5-37.2-17 - Applicability of chapterThis chapter does not prohibit:
(1) Gratuitous services of druggists or other persons in cases of emergency;(2) The domestic administration of family remedies; or(3) Any person from assisting any person in the practice of the healing arts licensed under this chapter, except that this person may not insert needles into the skin.R.I.
