Section 5-20.7-12 - Issuance of certificate or license - Certificate or license number(a) A certificate or license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall bear the signature of the chairperson of the board and a certificate number assigned by the director.(b) Prior to the issuance of any trainee license, the trainee shall provide to the department a notarized affidavit signed by the certified appraiser who shall directly supervise the trainee. The affidavit must provide the business name, address, and license number of the certified appraiser.R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-20.7-12
