Section 40-8.7-2 - Medicaid buy-in program

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services is hereby authorized and directed to maintain a Medicaid buy-in program pursuant to the "Balanced Budget Act of 1997," 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XIII) and the federal Ticket to Work and Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (TWWIIA), Public Law 106-170 .
