Section 27-20.6-6 - Rules and regulations

The director of the department of business regulation shall promulgate rules and regulations, using the NAIC coordination of benefits model regulations as a guideline, which shall address:

(1) the necessity and/or reasonableness of administrative penalties by entities subject to this chapter;

(2) other procedures which may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
