Section 11-49-10 - Penalties(a) A person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.(b) A person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be fined not more than three thousand dollars ($3,000), or imprisoned not more than three (3) years, or both.R.I.
