Section 278A:12 - Disclosure of analysis results; production of laboratory data, documents and notes(a) The results of the analysis shall be simultaneously disclosed to the moving party, the prosecuting attorney and the court. (b) The court shall, at the request of a party or on its own initiative, order production of the underlying laboratory data, documents and notes. Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 278A, § 12
