A deposition taken and recorded under the provisions of the four preceding sections, or a certified copy thereof from the registry of deeds, may be used by the person at whose request it was taken, or by any person who claims under him, against any person whatever, in any action or process wherein is brought in question the title, claim or interest set forth in the statement upon which the commission was founded, in the same manner, and subject to the same conditions and objections, as if it had been originally taken for said action or process.
