Section 233:57 - Rules for perpetuation of testimony of witnesses without commonwealth

The supreme judicial court may make rules for taking depositions to perpetuate the testimony of witnesses without the commonwealth, taken under a commission from the supreme judicial or the superior court, and for filing or recording them.
