Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If, during the pendency of the proceedings, the action in which the attachment was made is transferred to another court, the inquiry concerning the attachment shall be transferred to the same court and be there heard and determined.
