Section 202:11 - Notice on petition by guardian or conservator; interested persons

No license to sell real estate shall be granted to a guardian or conservator until such notice as the court orders has been given to the next of kin of the ward, to all his heirs apparent or presumptive, and to all persons interested in the estate.
