Section 200B:8 - Construction of chapter; other statutory methods of establishing or perfecting title to property

This chapter shall not be construed to abrogate the rights and obligations of a lender, claimant or museum identified in a written agreement.

This chapter shall not preclude a museum from using any other statutory or judicial method of establishing or perfecting title to property in the museum's custody.
