Section 176:54 - Validity of contracts issued in violation of chapter, charter, articles, constitution or by-laws

Any contract of insurance or any benefit certificate made, issued, issued or delivered by any society in violation of any provision of this chapter, or any provision of its charter, articles of association, constitution or by-laws, shall nevertheless be valid and binding upon it and its members, but the rights, duties and obligations of the parties thereto shall be determined by the provisions of this chapter and of the charter, articles of association, constitution and by-laws of the society.
