Section 127:60 - Penalty for failure to comply with sections relative to purchase of articles

Any officer who wilfully refuses or neglects to comply with the provisions of this chapter relative to the purchase of articles and materials from the prisons shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
