Section 127:39C - Promulgation of regulations governing training of correction officers deployed to restrictive housing

The commissioner, after consultation with the sheriffs and the department of mental health, shall promulgate regulations governing the training and qualifications of correction officers, supervisors and managers deployed to restrictive housing.
