Section 93L:6 - Compliance with federal laws and regulations

A student loan servicer shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to student loan servicing. A violation of a federal law or regulation shall be a violation of this chapter and the commissioner may investigate any such violation pursuant to section 7.
