Section 129:26A - Shipping cattle into commonwealth without inspection; certificate of health

Whoever ships, drives or transports into the commonwealth cattle to be used for dairy purposes, unless they have been inspected or passed as healthy by a veterinary inspector of the United States department of agriculture, animal health division, or a veterinarian of the state of origin authorized by the state and approved by said animal health division and are accompanied by a certificate of health approved by the proper livestock officials of the state of origin stating that each such animal six months of age or over was negative to an agglutination blood test for Bangs' abortion disease applied in accordance with rules and regulations made by the director and approved by the governor, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars.
