Section 128C:3A - [Repealed Effective 12/15/2025] Unclaimed simulcast wagers; separate account under commission's controlThe unclaimed simulcast wagers collected by the running horse racing meeting licensee, the harness horse racing meeting licensee and the greyhound racing meeting licensees shall be deposited in a separate account under the control and supervision of the commission for payment to the purse accounts of the licensees that generated the unclaimed wagers.
