Section 90:8K - Identification cards for persons not possessing motor vehicle licenses; cancellation

When used in reference to an identification card "cancellation" means that an identification card is terminated without prejudice and shall be surrendered. Cancellation of a card may be made when such card has been issued through error when voluntarily surrendered to the registrar.
