Current through Chapter 223 of the 2024 Legislative Session
At the biennial state elections, members of regional district school committees elected at district-wide elections shall be chosen by the voters in each such district. The length of such terms of office shall be determined by the regional school districts; provided, however, that such terms shall not exceed four years.
