Section 64G:16 - Charging more than prorated maximum amount allowed

For residential units subject to rent control provisions, operators of short-term rentals shall charge not more than the prorated maximum amount allowed.

Added by Acts 2018, c. 337,§ 8, eff. 3/28/2019, effective for transfers of occupancies in bed and breakfast establishments, hotels, lodging houses and motels beginning on or after July 1, 2019.
