Section 7D:10 - Authority of executive office of technology services and security to collect, maintain, store, etc., data

Subject to and consistent with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, the executive office of technology services and security is authorized to collect, maintain, store, share, utilize, analyze and disseminate data.
