Section 6:15VVVV - Fifty-Fourthth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry of the Civil War Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart July 18 as the 54th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry of the Civil War Day and recommending that this day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
