Section 23N:21 - Penalty for operating sports wagering operation without license(a) Whoever, other than an operator under this chapter, engages in accepting, facilitating or operating a sports wagering operation shall be punished by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 90 days or by a fine not to exceed $10,000, or both; and for a second offense, by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 6 months or by a fine of not more than $50,000, or both; and in the case of a third or subsequent violation by imprisonment in the state prison for not less than 1 but not more than 5 years or by a fine of not less than $25,000 and not more than $100,000, or both.Mass.
