The department of environmental management shall designate the walking track located at the Quinsigamond state park in the city of Worcester as the, "State Representative Andrew Collaro walking track"; provided, however, that the tennis courts located in said state park shall be designated as the "Senator Daniel J. Foley tennis courts".
