Section 527.15 - Conduct of proceedings; record costsThe state's portion of the cost of the stenographic record and transcription of department proceedings shall be paid out of the General Inspection Trust Fund. Any sums received from parties for copies of the stenographic record shall be deposited by the department into the State Treasury to the credit of such trust fund.
