Section 509.503 - Membership camping contractsEach offeror of a membership camping plan must use and must furnish each purchaser with a fully completed copy of a contract incorporating the following information:
(1) The actual date the contract is executed by the offeror and the purchaser;(2) The name and address of the offeror;(3) The name and address of the trustee;(4) A complete description of the purchase price;(5) The expiration date of the contract and the terms and conditions of its extension or renewal, if applicable;(6) The disclosure required by s. 509.504; and(7) The disclosures required by s. 509.505.
