Section 486.107 - [Multiple versions] Physical therapist assistant; issuance of license by endorsement; fee
(1)

The board may cause a license by endorsement to be issued through the department to any applicant who presents evidence to the board, under oath, of meeting the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145 . Any person who holds a license pursuant to this section may use the words "physical therapist assistant," or the letters "P.T.A.," in connection with her or his name to denote licensure hereunder.
(2)

At the time of making application for licensure by endorsement under this section, the applicant shall pay to the department a nonrefundable fee set by the board in an amount not to exceed $175 .
