Section 486.107 - [Multiple versions] Physical therapist assistant; issuance of license by endorsement; fee(1) The board may cause a license by endorsement to be issued through the department to any applicant who presents evidence to the board, under oath, of meeting the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145 .
