Section 468.514 - Renewal of license(1) The department shall renew a license under this part upon receipt of the renewal application, fee, and proof of the successful completion of continuing education requirements as determined by the board.(2) The department shall adopt rules establishing a procedure for the biennial renewal of licenses under this part.ss. 14, 20, ch. 88-236; s. 4, ch. 91-429; s.202, ch. 94-119; s.15, ch. 96-367; s.60, ch. 2016-10.Amended by 2016 Fla.
