Section 458.313 - Licensure by endorsement; requirements; feesThe department shall issue a license by endorsement to any applicant who, upon applying to the department on forms furnished by the department and remitting a fee set by the board in an amount not to exceed $500, the board certifies has met the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145.
