For the use and benefit of all the people of the state, the state cedes to the Florida Federation of Women's Clubs the south half of section ten, southwest quarter of section eleven, west half of section fourteen, west half of section twenty-three, south half of section twenty-two, northwest quarter of section twenty-seven, north half of section twenty-eight, and northeast quarter of section twenty-nine, township fifty-eight south, range thirty-seven east, situated in Miami-Dade County, as additional acreage to "Royal Palm State Park," to be cared for and remain in the full possession and enjoyment of said Florida Federation of Women's Clubs, with all the possessory rights and privileges to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining; provided, that said land is granted to the said Florida Federation of Women's Clubs upon the express condition that said land and every part thereof shall be used as a state park for the use and benefit of all the people of Florida, and for no other purpose; and in the event said grantee shall permit or suffer the use of said land for any other purpose, or shall discontinue the use thereof for such purpose, such misuse or discontinuance shall operate as a defeasance and said land and every part thereof shall revert to the state.
