Section 2, ch. 2022-182, amended s. 1000.40 to provide that s. 1000.361 shall stand repealed on July 1, 2025, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.
The annual dues assessment for the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children shall be paid within existing resources by the Department of Education.
