Section 796.04 - Forcing, compelling, or coercing another to become a prostitute(1) It shall be unlawful for anyone to force, compel, or coerce another to become a prostitute.(2) Anyone violating this section shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.ss. 1, 2, ch. 21661, 1943; s. 766, ch. 71-136; s.90, ch. 2018-110.Amended by 2018 Fla.
