Section 48-1005 - Penalties(a) Any person who violates section 5 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $300, imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or both.(b) The fine set forth in this section shall not be limited by section 101 of the Criminal Fine Proportionality Amendment Act of 2012, effective June 11, 2013 (D.C.
