Section 28:12-206 - Priority(a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, the 2024 Act determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral.(b) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, if the priorities of claims to collateral were established before the effective date of the 2024 Act, Article 9 as in effect before the effective date of the 2024 Act determines priority.(c) On the adjustment date, to the extent the priorities determined by Article 9 as amended by the 2024 Act modify the priorities established before the effective date of the 2024 Act, the priorities of claims to Article 12 property and electronic money established before the effective date of the 2024 Act cease to apply.Added by D.C.
