Section 26-502.06 - Service facilities(a) A District credit union may change its principal office upon written notice to the Commissioner and the members of the District credit union.(b) A District credit union may, upon written notification to the Commissioner, maintain service facilities, including automated teller machines, at locations other than its principal office.(c) A District credit union may join with one or more other credit unions or financial organizations in the operation of automated teller machines or other service facilities.May 6, 2020, D.C.
