Section 16-5604 - Applicable law(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the law applicable to arbitration is Chapter 44 of this title.(b) In determining the merits of a family law dispute, an arbitrator shall apply the law of the District, including its choice of law rules.Added by D.C.
