Section 7-742.13 - [Not Funded.] Rulemaking.(a) The Mayor, pursuant to Title I of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1204; D.C. Official Code § 2-501 et seq.), shall promulgate emergency rules to implement the provisions of this subtitle no later than 45 days after the effective date of the Street Vendor Advancement Amendment Act of 2023, passed on 2nd reading on April 4, 2023 (Enrolled version of Bill 25-68).(b) The Mayor, pursuant to Title 1 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1204; D.C. Official Code § 2-501 et seq.), shall promulgate final rules to implement the provisions of this subtitle no later than 120 days after the effective date of the Street Vendor Advancement Amendment Act of 2023, passed on 2nd reading on April 4,2023 (Enrolled version of Bill 25-68).Added by D.C.
