The Mayor, pursuant to Title I of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1204; D.C. Official Code § 2-501 et seq.), may issue rules to implement the provisions of this title.

Applicability
Applicability of D.C. Law 22-246: § 301 of D.C. Law 22-246 provided that the creation of this section by § 105 of D.C. Law 22-246 is subject to the inclusion of the law's fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
