Section 4-681.08 - Rules

By December 31, 2022, the Chief Financial Officer shall issue rules to implement sections 2 through 7. In drafting the rules, the Chief Financial Officer may consult with the agencies as the Chief Financial Officers considers necessary and appropriate.
