Section 4-1371.10 - Immunity from liability for providing information to Committee

Any health-care provider or any other person or institution providing information to the Committee pursuant to this subchapter shall have immunity from administrative, civil, or criminal liability that that might otherwise be incurred or imposed with respect to the disclosure of the information.
